On 18th January, our school celebrated National Youth Day and International Education Day together. The Honourable Minister for Registration and Museum, Sri Ramachandran Kadannapalli, was the chief guest at the function. During the event, we felicitated three students who scored A+ in all subjects in last year's Class 11th board exam. Dr Ajaya Kumar, Manager of SVVM, and Mr Ganesh, the 1985 batch Alumnus, were also felicitated by the minister. The minister planted a mango tree sapling on the school campus, and we named the tree after him. The function went well, with the minister giving a speech and surprising the audience by singing a beautiful Malayalam song when the compere of the program announced the minister's hidden talent.
